I had a great experience at Associates in Family Medicine. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The wait time was short, which I really appreciated. The doctor was attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this office. Went into the office for a consultation with Dr. Hamidi. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and provided me with a plan moving forward for all of my concerns. I made my follow up visit before I left and the front desk staff was amazing. Super excited to find a doctor office that can address my medical needs.
I had a wonderful experience at Associates in Family Medicine with Dr. Hamidi while she was caring for my grandmother. Not great at all. I would say only one person in the staff was helpful. They lost my blood sample and I had to come in and give it again. They didn’t even call me to tell me it was lost. They told me after the second time I called in to ask why the results were taking so long.
I love Doctor Aileen, I always feel genuinely listened to and she actually remembers me and my concerns from previous visits, which is a nice change from other doctors I've had. I've been going here for a few years now, my visits with Doctor Hamidi also were thorough.
