Very sorry to have to write this: there were/are several dedicated professionals at this practice. However, after multiple reschedules of appointments, lack of communication regarding treatment plans and timeline, I can no longer recommend. I've been waiting over a month for partial dentures and it seems like one excuse after another.
Great office but I have some complaints. My sister came here for a wisdom teeth removal, and while they were very clear about the procedure the aftermath was a mess. They didn't provide her with any extra gauze and moreover they didn't give her enough time for the anesthesia to wear off. All in all, it's alright. Just wish they would have treated my sister better.
My first experience was amazing! Ron was very friendly n helpful with my paper work, Julie n Dr Shelor were very informative n caring throughout out the procedure n made me feel so comfortable, relaxed since I can get anxiety easily at the dentist office. Ron n Monica thank you for all your hard work, effort n understanding while having to deal with Medride in which was a big joke! Thank you all! I will see you in the future.
They have poor scheduling and communication between their doctors and their staff. I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for them to help me with my teeth. To do something anything ant this point. And every time I am scheduled to go in there’s an excuse on why they can’t see me. They literally wait till day of and then try to schedule you weeks out. I am very disappointed in this place and if you can go anywhere I suggest you should. I never have felt more embarrassed then I have coming to this densitry
