They take no accountability at all sherita thr office manager allows her call center staff to hang up on people when asked why they are listed for the insurance she says they never accepted it so why would you not take further steps to fix this bad business
My mom was told to come in to get her cathetar fixed. All they did was flush the cathetar. We were told by the doctor to come in because we were having issues. Come back in 2 weeks to see the doctor. Not happy.

I had a catheter removed at 9:30 yesterday morning (8:30) appointment. I immediately began urinating with no ability to control the flow. I went home and drank a lot of water as directed. It became apparent that I had no control of my urine flow. I called the office at approximately 12:15 to describe my issue and was told to return to the office right away.
