My heat pump went out on a Friday just as we were experiencing a cold snap. The staff at Associated Services were very responsive to my call and found a way to squeeze me in at the last minute and send a technician Late on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot my system. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and figured out and fixed the problem after running some tests. He also Did a great job of explaining The problem and suggesting preventative measures.
this was such an entirely kind, professional and satisfying experience... from the highly competent tech richard who fully resolved the problem after arriving so promptly on the very day I called, to the owner david with his most compassionate payment arrangement. I am particularly grateful to the latter who proved an absolute prince among thieves. I could not possibly recommend any business more highly to anyone in need of excellent service on such essential facilities.
This is maybe the 3rd or 4th time over many years that I've worked with Associated Services Heating Solar & Air. Chris is incredible in attitude, quick diagnosis and repair. I appreciate them all very much.
Richard was on time and very professional. We now have heat again in our home. They had to change the mother board to our system. Must have had a power surge during a storm and it blew the board. Richard suggested having them put a surge protector in, so we will do so.
Fast, efficient and incredibly friendly! I would highly recommend them!!!
