They are wonderful! I was scheduled for when I wanted. They were prompt and did a wonderful job. Prespray was included in the cost! As you know, other carpet cleaners charge extra. When they started to prespray, I told them I didn't want to pay extra. The tech chuckled and said, "Ma'am, there's no additional cost. This is simply part of carpet cleaning. You wouldn't wash your clothes without laundry detergent would you?" He had a point. I will continue to use them!
