After a tragic loss, I was consumed with grief and unable to get my bearings. I can still remember my first call, speaking to Dr. Spitalny, asking if there's help for me. That was almost eight years ago and he is still guiding me through the complicated path of grief and all the changes that come with it. If you need mental health help, not just grief therapy, please follow my recommendation and call this office. There is help there of the highest standards .

I’ve been a patient at Assiciated Psychological Services for about 6 years. My life has been made better under the care of Dr James Spitalney. It’s a relief knowing that my Dr is always an email away if needed. I highly recommend this practice. If a change for the better is needed, there is a competent and caring staff that will be glad to help.
