Honestly? The worst HOA management I have ever had. Actually, let me clarify- I am totally dissatisfied and disgusted of Shannon Kerstetter service. Shannon Kerstetter doe not know how to talk to community members; screams on you instead talking and threats with fines if you mention that HOA may be responsible for repair in external environment. How can this company be rated a+ when their ratings are severely low? Maybe because no placed a complaint on BBB. I have a condo in LibertyBell, *****...... my condo has an inadequate attic ventilation issue which I found out while selling my condo in the last few weeks. As a result there is a mold issue per licensed home inspector who noted issue and how to rectify problem. I have numerous calls into Julie R**** who has yet to return my call.
