Terrible maintenance company. If you move here be ready to be talked to disrespectfully, repairs done sub standard if at all and false promises. My question is why the board doesn't see this. Some of my best friends and neighbors have moved due to these fhings. I myself and still waiting for things to be done as we speak. I send emails to them and others for documentation of these atrocities. If after 27 almost 28 years living here it has never been this bad. As managing agent for the Association, we work at the direction of the Board of Directors. We are a bit confused as to the review because one of our Team Members had a pleasant 11-minute conversation with the owner regarding a tree stump. I would ask that the owner please contact our office and ask for the Manager's Supervisor to discuss any outstanding issues.
We havent even started with them and it has been terrible. I tried to set up auto pay and they charge a fee for that. I hope our association does not stay with them for long

Our company offers multiple ways for our clients to remit payments. Some of those options are free and other options have a third-party processing fee associated with them. We will have a team member reach out to you to review all of our payment options.
This is the worst property management company ever. We had damage to our property that is caused directly by their unprofessionalism and negligence. There are so many examples, the latest one being snow removal issues (we can't leave our home for 2 consecutive days).

We have been continuously harassed by a neighbor that doesn't like us and their board member friend with false complaints and fines. We are not the only family this is happening to after speaking with some neighbors. The property management company refuses to investigate or show proof of such claims. They are rude when you call and refuse most times to respond. The rules change constantly over here and their are different rules for different people. While the owner has written this review against APM and requested APM to remove fines, the owner should know that APM is managing agent for the association and works at the direction of the *****. They take your money but do not oversee that anything gets done. Per email they have admitted no landscaping was done, no brush hog was done (missed) and yet charged our community for it. Yes, over 10,000. Now they want more, saying they went over budget. They do not abid by their own bylaws, 16 violations in ours. Ever since the switch it has been nothing short of disaster dealing with them. Our fees were raised almost immediately by more 15%. Absolute terrible business ethics. I will be petitioning our neighborhood to switch property management companies. I will gladly pay more for better service and ethical business practices. If you are considering their services, I highly recommend a different company.
