I wanted to let you know that Jeff has been doing a good job for us here at Three Fountains. It's a community that has its challenges due to its age and peculiarities, but Jeff has been tackling everything head on. Whenever there is an emergency, it is addressed immediately. Jeff is also very accessible when needed.
Over the past year, Mary has worked diligently to promote our water meters, recover long overdue fines and collections, and, last but not least, is always available when we need her. Awesome services!

Juanita has been the assistant to our 10 property managers over the last 9 years. She has been the constant that was needed with continuity, support, and positivity.
I wanted to introduce myself last night after the meeting, but I could see you were very busy. I was the one who couldn't get in the gate and had texted Ron. I thought the meeting was well organized and thoroughly explained our situation and gave everyone an opportunity to express their opinion. You did, and are doing a very good job and it's nice to know we are in capable, concerned hands.
