Very quiet and peaceful. Very roomy with a completely stocked and ready kitchen with like new appliances.bed extremely comfortable. Great lending closet of games and videos.
This is a superior, customer oriented property management company. They have a superb team, and have never failed to call, or to have someone come out when we need them regardless of the time of day. During my time in Arizona, I've dealt with many management companies, and APM gets my vote every time.
I can not say enough good things about APM. Since they took over our community it has been a complete positive turnaround. Getting in touch with our manager and accounting department could not be easier. Best management company we have ever had. So glad we switched to them!

APM has been our Property Management Company for a least 10 years. I have never written a review but I just had to every time I call Im treated with such respect. Our property manager gets back to me in a timely manner and always is so courteous.
Our community manager Kevin is always responsive and gets things done. I am not on the board, but the staff seems to be responsive to my requests.
Love this company!! Extremely professional and respectful to their homeowners. Never worked with a more dedicated management company :)

I am currently the President of our HOA and have been working with APM for about 1.5 years. One of our former board members who was also a past president and was voted out of office only after a couple of months as president has written a couple of negative comments regarding APM. She speaks out of both sides of her mouth and does not know what she is talking about.
