I feel very bad having to write this review but felt I needed to. Our Doctor was wonderful. He always answered all of our questions & was great with our son. However, their billing dept, specifically Betty, is atrocious. There was a payment plan we had set up, the card did not go through ONE time, we received ONE voicemail afterwards & then it was sent to collections.
