I went in to the Galesburg on a referral to have some wisdom teeth and one other problem tooth pulled. I filled out my online paperwork before the appointment which was awesome. I went for the exam and then discussed procedure, payment (which I thought was reasonable), and just asked me to contact them if I wanted to proceed. I called, scheduled a time, was in there quick and was taken care of. An appointment that fit our schedule was easy to get. The staff genuinely cares about their patrons! As I waited for my husband, I overheard several interactions on the phone, and each person was treated professionally and with great respect. The way the staff speaks to one another also shows that they genuinely care for each other. They made an unpleasant experience as good as it can get!
I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday I was very nervous but Dr. Busch and his team of nurses were very awesome making sure I was comfortable I went in talked to the team while I was receiving my medication and woke up not feeling a thing it almost 24 he's after and I'm in no pain what so ever they are a great team for any one who is nervous about dental surgery.
