I was nervous and they were all very calming friendly and patient with me. Hope I don't need a tooth pulled again anytime soon, but I would definitely go back if I needed them.

Dr. Schroeder and his ENTIRE staff are amazing, start to finish!! Amazingly compassionate, from the scheduler (Jenny!!) to the front desk, to Crystal in billing, to the nurses!! Dr. S spent a ton of time with me and was super great at answering my questions and allaying my fears. Recommend HIGHLY!! Top praises!!!!
I've never had surgery or been put under anesthesia before but the whole crew, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor, were really kind. All four wisdom teeth had to go but all I felt was some swelling and a little soreness. Not scary at all! Thank you for taking care of me, everyone.
Dr. Otte is a good doctor. To have any dental work done you must have money first..No matter the condition of dental care needed. Money talks.Not very happy with how they run their dental business.
No problems post surgery. All went well. Would recommend to friends and family.
Took the day off work to have a tooth extracted, only to be told that my appointment was for the following day. Showed up the next day, waited over an hour, finally had the tooth pulled. Paid the amount asked, then was billed $225.00 more the next week. I will never go here again.
A wonderful group of people to work with. Very professional and cheerful. Dr. Otte was so kind and compassionate. My extractions were not the usual type and he helped me feel confident and relaxed. Thank you all for your kindness. Jeanne
