RecommendedDr. Otte and the nurses made me feel welcome and calmed me down. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist but they were wonderful. Glad I finally have this wisdom tooth out! Thank you! ☺️
All the doctors here are amazing. I enjoyed working for them. I was able to witness their skills first hand. They have a great bedside manor! They are used to anxious patient and understand how to handle their needs. They ALWAYS will do what is best for the patient and not what will make them money. I would HIGHLY recommend any of the doctors for people of all ages.
I had a cracked molar that was down to the nerve. It wasn’t hurting yet but given I was leaving out of state in a few days they were able to fit me in on an emergency. I have a very healthy fear of the dentist. During the shots I was moaning and groaning, but once Dr Otte got going it was painless. I felt them working obviously but the pain wasn’t felt. And in what seemed like 5 minutes he was sitting me up and I was being given my post op care instructions. I’m now 3 days post and the soreness and swelling is nearly gone. T... read more
Quick & easy experience this morning! Staff was wonderful 😊
Wait time for my 6 yr. old was over an hour. I had another kid and my husband along for the ride and the rooms were small so I told my husband to wait in the waiting room with the other kid while we saw the surgeon. The Dental Assistant looked at me and says, “well leave the patient”.... REALLY?!?! If we had another option we’d take it but we were referred here by our outstanding local dentist. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I was a nervous wreck but they kept me calm and I was out in jiffy.
Dr Bush and his staff were amazing! I would highly recommend. It was a clean and very friendly environment!
Dr. Busch and Galesburg staff are excellent...
Everyone was kind and helpful, Dr busch did a great job on my double jaw surgery. Definitely glad i chose this place.
