I went to close my checking account that I got to a zero balance to prepare to close it. I literally had to give them the last $20 bill in my wallet to get the account closed. They had tacked on another one of their wonderful monthly fees. I really dislike this bank, most fees I have ever dealt with. They lost a huge account with us, our business is growing fast. You would think they'd have some common sense and wave the final $20 fee because I was closing it, but no, they want their money. I hope it was worth it to collect ... read more
It's a good bank; I really like the service and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I disagree with is why they should close someone's account simply for allowing a family member to deposit money into their account...
