Laziest for the very highest price and now you get an app to get your request shut down before the problem has even been reviewed. How about an account asst with very low reading comprehension asking if you've already followed up ?? Were you aware that if something from that attic falls into your unit it now counts as "your " problem and the acct asst decides the problem is solved??
How does this company still have 4.6 stars when almost every one in the past 4 years is only 1 star. Read the most recent reviews. Take Alison Macias out of the equation - she left Associa. Our HOA Board has used Associa for two years. In that time they have: - Given us guidance that is in violation of the Stirling-Davis Act - Paid our bills late and incurred hundreds of dollars in late fees on our behalf, and refused to refund the fees - Paid other HOA bills from our account and refused to reimburse us for them - Didn't pay... read more
Extremely slow to respond to requests. It took multiple emails and and phone calls with the office just to get some garage parking stickers. I think it took 2-3 months for me to get this closed out.
Have been in contact with the "HOA Manager" for months regarding an out of control skunk population. Have provided pictures, offered to meet with a vendor, hire a vendor, asked to be put in contact with someone who can assist, etc. Six months of emails promising a response, apologizing for "backlog", will get on it next week, etc. If anyone at Associa is unaware of the situation or wishes to contact me I would welcome a communication. It is unacceptable to pay the HOA fees and have multiple skunks in your yard, on the street... read more
