Have been in contact with the "HOA Manager" for months regarding an out of control skunk population. Have provided pictures, offered to meet with a vendor, hire a vendor, asked to be put in contact with someone who can assist, etc. Six months of emails promising a response, apologizing for "backlog", will get on it next week, etc. If anyone at Associa is unaware of the situation or wishes to contact me I would welcome a communication. Sine Aug 28th that I sent first email and until now nothing has been done
One of the worst HOA company that I experienced. nobody answers the call. no email feedback, and nobody cares about the homeowner.
Poor follow-through on basic requests and lack of professionalism.
Associa doesn’t response our maintenance requests filed thru Townsq for weeks. I personally delivered the written requests twice to its office on Alberto Way. The staff refused to accept the written requests and handed out me a business card showing an email address of the manager. I tried the email but couldn’t go thru. (Later I figure out that the email address is un-deliverable address and misspelled with a missing “r”.) I called the manager’s phone twice and left messages without any responses.
