Laura provided great customer service when I really needed her to pull through.
Literally thieves I missed a payment to the hoa because my payments weren’t set up properly. Instead of sending me a courtesy email to let me know I was late, they sent it straight to collections and ruined my credit. All over a minimal amount of money. As a disabled veteran, I personally think this company is despicable.

We’ve tried a number of management companies and Associa Hill Country is the most responsive. A special thank you to Ilse Martinez for always responding promptly and helping keep us on track.
My husband and I own and condo that is managed by this company. We have filed complaints that we have had multiple issues with our parking spot. We have not reached a resolution and no one is following up on our complaints. We get blushed off by receptionist. We need a resolution.
