HOA’s are lame in general but it’s truly the homeowners that are insufferable bullies; Future Karen’s of America Club, Central Texas Chapter, North Austin Council of Asshats- y’all deserve a one finger salute. Just say no to Tech Bros and Tech Hoes, they love to have your car towed. ✌🏻🏳️🌈
Worst property management company ever had to deal with in several properties I owned. The issues they are creating for the property owners with constantly updating rules without proper communication is creating a very unhealthy relationship, leaving them to deal with unforeseen and potentially hardship bearing situations. Unresponsive to most communications, or highly defying any request of information. Property managers are often replaced, creating a void in the trust of their operations. Laura provided great customer service when I really needed her to pull through.
Literally thieves I missed a payment to the hoa because my payments weren’t set up properly. Instead of sending me a courtesy email to let me know I was late, they sent it straight to collections and ruined my credit. All over a minimal amount of money. As a disabled veteran, I personally think this company is despicable.
