I had a knee replaced & needed help in the house & someone to drive me to Dr appts. Assisting hands was responsive & courteous. They provided a caregiver who lives in my area. She was prompt & very helpful. I would use them again.

If you are caring for someone in your family and need help to keep them at home, look no further than Assisting Hands. This rating would have been higher had it have not been for two instances of the caregiver not being exactly on time that was requested. Management took charge and rectified the situation promptly. Every employee, including management personnel, has displayed a high degree of professionalism and interest in what they are doing to help you. Nancy and her company have been such a blessing to our family. They have helped transport my mother-in-law to her appointments and have always treated her with patience, kindness, and genuine care. It means so much to know she is in good hands. The staff is dependable, respectful, and truly compassionate toward the elderly. Assisting Hands is our second company for caregivers. They have been extremely supportive and helpful and make sure we are pleased. A recent caregiver gets 5 stars out of 5 from us. Cecelia has been a-one in every respect. Way to go Assisting Hands!!
