Assisted Hospice provided excellent service in my dad's last months. They clearly explained to me what is involved in hospice care and took care of all the details. The hospice nurse that attended my dad was incredible and kept open lines of communication.
Home Nurse Heather is wonderful! She is patient, thorough, and understanding. Nurse Heather takes her time with my mom and is very gentle and patient with her. She takes the time I need with answering my questions and concerns. She is truly professional and caring. Thank you for caring.
Tammy, my physical therapist, was excellent. After transferring to outpatient PT at 7 Oaks, the therapist there said my 2 week progress in range of motion and strength was outstanding. I owe it all to Tammy!
