The most horrible hospice company that i've ever encountered. Where to start: 1. My 97 year husband had an infection. It was brought up to their attention. Their nurse said they were "normal symptoms" and didnt report it to the doctor and he passed away as a result. 2. Their nurse on her first home visit, didnt check his wound so i had to call her to come back and clean it and she was upset and rude. 3. I had to fly from Australia suddenly when my brother was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. After reviewing our options, he decided he did not want any more hospital visits or treatments. A wonderful friend, that is a hospice volunteer in Washington called a few places on my behalf and said she had a very good feeling after talking to Richard at Assisted. Her instincts were correct. Another junk woke facility with rockstars as employees instead of professionals. They feel they are in tune with politics. Junk as always. Jew Haters but they will lie. Be well.
If I could give Assisted Home Health and Hospice a big fat ZERO, I would. Terrible service, especially after I returned home after rather major surgery. An employee came ONCE to my residence. She was supposed to come again but on the day of her second visit, she contacted me saying she couldn't make it. Then another employee finally called me and wanted to visit, as I recall, the very next day when I was not available. Avoid this company, especially since I did not receive the promised visits and service.
I want to give them 0 star if I could. They don't care about patients. They only want your money
