I could not, in all good conscience, allow an A+ rating for this business without feedback from my experience with this business. DO NOT ever buy a house which the "gentlemen" associated with this business have flipped! My husband and I bought a home from them 1 yr and 3 mos ago. Their original ad for the property stated "...new plumbing, sewer.." Now, I'm no expert, but that said to me that the sewer was of relatively recent construction. I'd have taken 10 yrs old, 20 yrs old...but the sewer in this house ended up being th... read more
