I thought they were doing a good job. Then I went on vacation and they got super invasive because the lawn wasn't taken care of for 3 weeks. They didn't do a good job of making sure the lawn sprinkler were not taken care of before we moved in and they are saying its our fault.
Incredibly easy to work with and responsive to questions, what you want from your property management company.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This company gave me hope when I about lost it all, because I was having no luck with any rental company giving my family a chance. This company has my full respect and has been nothing but great to us and very professional. Hoping to rent from them for many years until buying is an option. No good (Nikki) No good This is his name. I asked her about the company manager and she said, “I am the company manager and responsible for this company. She is a bad person and the way she deals is very bad. I do not recommend dealing with this bad company. Every now and then, she issues fines without any reason. When we ask her about a paper invoice, she says the device is not working.”
