This company gave my parents a hard time the property they lived in had mice and they did nothing about it any maintenance on the home they had to do themselves and they lied to them on why they couldnt resign the lease
Mangement and maintenance are quick to address and and all concerns, questions, or comments. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well
I thought they were doing a good job. Then I went on vacation and they got super invasive because the lawn wasn't taken care of for 3 weeks. They didn't do a good job of making sure the lawn sprinkler were not taken care of before we moved in and they are saying its our fault.
