Always responsive and friendly. I have rented from them for 5 years and have always been pleased with their services!
Possibly the worst property management in the valley. Have a problem? They don’t care. Only if you hound and hound and REALLY hound them on the issue, will they fix it. No heat or AC for 6 months. Constant issues, and no maintenance. On top of that, they’ll make sure to take your full deposit, claiming all the previous damage was your fault even with proof it wasn’t. Would give zero stars if possible. Adding false money onto your account and then telling you they are going to take it off and then come back to say I have to pay it or I will be evicted for an error on their part is wild. Do not recommend ever renting from them they are disgusting and will treat you horribly. Not to mention all their places fall apart at the seams everything is cheap.
