ARM properties are the only ones I will rent. I have been a customer of this company for 8 years and have been pleased in every aspect of interacting with them.
Truly the worse property management company ever, and hyper aggressive in their awfulness.
CAUTION... DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE!!! If you are thinking of using Asset Realty Management to either manage your property, or to rent from, I ENCOURAGE you to look elsewhere! "Customer Service" what can I say... non-existent. I was charged as an owner THOUSANDS of dollars for plumbing work that NEVER happened. Michael Cohen and his team are amazing. I cant say enough about them and I highly recommend them for sales and property management.
If could leave zero stars I would. they do not care about their tenants. only about taking their money. AC went out for almost a month without being fixed. 80+ degrees with animals suffering in the house. lots of maintenance requests that were never closed. Now moving out they are trying to keep over 1000$ of my security deposit even though we deep cleaned the entire place as well as carpet cleaned and spackled holes. ARM are scammers. watch out for predatory practices and do not rent from them.
Asset Realty Management . Paula and Charlene are a blessing. We had some electrical problems in our house and sometimes I would have a heard time trying to reach someone in maintenance. Each time I would reach Puala or Charlene they would always make sure our issue were being taken care of or resolved. Thank you so much for your kindness . I have never experienced any negative feedback from these two ladies. God bless you both.
One of the worst companies we have ever rented from. We asked for the fireplace to be fixed and usable 2 years ago, they never fixed it. That is one of the main reasons we rented this apartment from them. They failed to tell us it was unusable before we signed our lease. I have continued to ask them to fix the things we are paying for monthly or decrease our rent due to lack of amenities they promised us prior to signing the lease. We needed a place fast and Charlene at Asset Realty came through like lightning! They provided us with a beautiful home for a short term. Out of the many management companies we had spoken with, Asset Realty was the best and I believe it was because of the great employees like Charlene they have helping the public. I HIGHLY recommend Asset Realty. Ask for Charlene, that will make your efforts even better!
