Posting on behalf of a resident: I’ve lived at Provision at Patriot Place in Hurst, TX since 2021. This review reflects both my personal experience and that of many long-term residents. Asset Living has consistently failed to maintain the property and provide access to the amenities they advertise. The pool has been closed for 5 straight years. I’ve held back from posting a review but I’ve had enough. First off, the bugs in my apartment have pretty much took over and I’m paying rent for them to have a nice place to live. Pest control has been requested multiple times and when they do actually show. They take 5 steps in, hit maybe 2 spots in the entire apartment and leave like irritated that they were asked to do their job. very poor and cheap management I'm renting in one of their facilities they couldn't manage to fix a beeping sound from the fire room, very unprofessional and i will make sure to avoid all their properties in future rents, please don't fall into their scams, be careful.
