Very unprofessional, they give you the run, around and the receptionist Lisa and the white lady next to her are very ignorant and disrespectful!!!!!! I was told my appointment was at 1pm but my paper said 12:30pm and I was there before 12:15. Would not honor my appointment even tho they are the ones who sent it to me.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, along with thousands of others that were sent to this place just to receive false, inaccurate & biased evaluations. The fact that these so called "specialists" go into court, testify using lies & speculations based off false investigation reports by social workers from DHS, just proves how biased their "professional OPINION" truly is.

This is by far one of the better outpatient programs. I say this as a therapist who works at another program and communicates often with this program and it's clients. The other negative reviews center around parking issues and unprofessional staff. Sorry you caught them on a stressful day, but please - check out some other outpatient programs, especially ones for the SO population...you have no idea what unprofessional is just yet.
