I don't think anyone working here could possibly care less about their job every word you say about literally anything from preferred times and methods of treatment go in one ear and out the other I didn't used to have nagging fear that no one cares about me untill I came here. 2 star average seems about right or laughably high considering what I've experienced and what others have told me.
I have attempted to reach this place for two months causing me to extend my case because they don't answer the phones. I finally got through and the person talked to me like I was smaller than them talking over me. While I was trying to clarify the price, the person decided to hang up on me.

I wouldn't trust any of these employees' training, and expect to be treated like you're crazy. I received a call at 11:19 today regarding an alleged referral that was put in. This was news to me as I hadn't requested any sort of referral. I reached out to the provider they said put in the referral, shocker it was news to them too. I called HMHI back at 11:33 for clarification on the referral and spoke to a man (named Allan or Andrew) and he treated me like I was crazy.
