The Whole Cumberland, Maryland Office , the Staff, the scheduling Rep., Assistants, and Especially Dr. Foster, for his Genuine Interest in Helping Patients heal, with respect, care, and dignity. I'm a 58 year old Male, ... at times a Grumpy, old, hurting man, ... that truly appreciates having NSPC, available to comfort and Ease, 'Some' of my problems, sometimes at the mercy of Insurance, and what they will cover.
Dr Clossen spent alot of time with me and was professional and empathic.
Dr. Fandos is the best and always addresses anything you need. He is one of my favorite Drs. that truly cares about his patients. Yadira is great , saw her on this visit, had great ideas for future treatments . Danielle at the front desk is amazing....she always returns my calls and helped me with my insurance headaches.
I love Dr Levi and his staff. They are very professional and courteous. They always take time to listen to me are very kind. Excellent bedside manners.
I?ve been coming to Dr.Shalmi?s office for 9-10 years now. Their first priority is to make sure my pain level is at the best It can be for my issues. They make sure that I?m comfortable and take every safety precautions in dealing with my pain and medications. They have a lot of respect for me as their patient. I have been a patient at New York Pain Consultants/N.Y. Spine and Pain for 14 years. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and empathy for the level of my pain which I have had for many years. I have had multiple pain treatments in the hospital that relieved the severe pain that I have experienced. I also had a continuous medication infusion pump implanted which did an excellent job of controlling my pain..I feel very fortunate that Dr Shalmi and Barbara Somers ANP , have been my outstanding medical team.
I wish Dr. Levi knew what it is like to call his office. Patients (especially those in pain) should not be treated the way they are. Messages should be returned. I have never had a phone call returned in several years of going here. Calling the office is almost futile as a menu of options is offered but no one answers the phone or return messages that are left. Always treated with care and support from the front desk to Dr. Nargund and even the employees you see in the hallways are kind and courteous. I call Dr. Nargund my "angel of mercy." She is in my top 2 doctors that I receive care from. The other is my PCP who I have seen for 25 years!!
I think Dr. Foster knows my pain and knowns how to treat it.
