I would say your efficiency is quite obvious and it does drive the appointment time ...if it were the best of all possible worlds it could be toned down a bit . If you are to ask me for my opinion Excellent service on the whole for sure.
Having arrived for an early morning appointment on 10 October, and having had a personal accident that required a few minutes to clean up, your staff was just wonderful and understanding. Dr. Gordon also was just as nice as he could be, getting down to business and finding where the pain was centered. I was totally impressed with your staff, doctors included!
I have always had excellent care from Dr Gordon and his PA Ms Katz and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed specialist pain care and management. They are very knowledgeable and caring and will strive to give you the very best treatment.

I'm going to begin by saying that I strongly disagree with the vast majority of the other users of this site who are patients of his, but if you would just please hear me out I have really good reasons for my rating. Today was only my second appointment with Dr. Gordon and I needed to see a pain specialist because my regular doctor's office decided they would no longer write for any controlled substances. Grateful for the care I receive. Had been in so much pain for years. Procedures and treatment let me return to old self. Really like the procedures you have in place to prevent dr shopping.
This physician really listened to me and seemed to understand everything I expressed to him.
