I’ve ordered from ASQ often over the past several years, and the quality and service is consistently outstanding. Whether I’m ordering from their catalogs or bringing in my own items to be embroidered, the customer service is excellent and my items are completed promptly. Definitely an asset in our community!
Ordered softball shirts through them a few weeks ago. After patiently waiting with no updates, we emailed them only to be told they weren't going to start making them unless they received more orders first. That was over a week ago. The softball season is almost over and I'm pretty sure they still haven't began to make them. Had a similar experience with them last year.
