NO TREE EXPERTS. No real arborist would lower themselves to knowingly and intentionally damage oak trees by pruning them in the middle of summer.THEY WON THE LOWEST BID I guess for PSEG pruning contract. I agree that SOME trees look ridiculous after they’re trimmed. But it is a lot better than having branches take down power lines and etc. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil at times.
