Asplundh truck #37 drove to the lines in my backyard traveling through my front yard. I now have deep ruts the entire length. Who's going to put my "once" beautiful yards back to original condition? Has anyone considered legal action.

Not even working on my yard but my neighbors and have blocked my driveway everyday as well as knocking down a power line and lights I have on my back porch. They only thing they said was “oh if your internet is out we will call someone for you” terrible company

came on property, last week, sat around on their phones for over 3 hours only used an extension Lauper on 5 branches. then sat for another hour then disappeared for hour and a half. came back with chain saw and completely butchered the tree on the easement side to the trunk which is 12 feet from easement. so not sure why they cut so much. End of day they said they would return next morning to cut more. not sure how or what more could be cut. and clean up and blow off property. Mark and Lane did the tree work in my yard. They were both amazing. They were very kind and courteous and worked diligently to make sure the job was done right. It started pouring down rain so they weren't able to finish the job that day but they came back a couple of days later and took care of it. I would like to give both these gentlemen kudos for job well done!

The Tulsa location came in late August/early September and trimmed trees from the power lines, that great thank you. But they have left all of the cut limbs never came back to pick up or mulch or anything. I called them 3 weeks after to ask if they could come pick up the debris they said they would let the foreman know. It’s now the end of October and they are still here. Do better!
