Every time I go in treated bad just because I'm native and they will say no that's not it but what else could it possibly be and the service is shirty for natives while other people get the 5 star treatment
I had wonderful care in the OB unit! I am a first time Mom and the nurses, anesthesiologist and Doctors explained everything as they were doing it. During the delivery process they were calm and collected even when things got a little intense. After delivery, the nurses were very helpful doing everything they could to make me comfortable. Thanks a lot to all the staff at Howard Young!
Terrible service from a crabby male nurse, but then after I get the bill their prices for services are double compared to the hospital we go to next to our home town. That town is smaller then Minocqua so our prices should be higher. We called and asked about the bill and why are you charging so much compared to other hospitals. The lady said we have to charge more because we are a Rural Hospital. That is not true. So liar, liar we will never go back.
The hospital staff was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
