Prescribed my 6 month old baby the wrong medication in the walk-in clinic. Had to wait an entire day to be able to get a hold of them to prescribe the correct medication. Would not give us any discounts for our visit and did not seem to care when I filed a complaint. I would rather spend the extra money and go to Marshfield Clinic because at least they can prescribe things correctly.
Second time my wife had a appointment and the doctor was sick. So we went to the walk in. I asked if anyone could see her but they said no one was available. at least she got in the walk in. I think they need more staff.
have had a very poor experience with this clinic. They have consistently charged additional fees for services that should be included in the visit. Additionally, the walk-in doctors I have seen have come across as inconsiderate and unprofessional, which made the experience feel unwelcoming and discouraging.
