Needed to see the walk in today. Everyone was terrific. I am hoping Aspirus and Anthem settle their differences, so I can continue as a patient.
Saw Dr Saba Khan with my daughters who have been ill with high fevers for 5 days. She was not compassionate, had terrible bedside manner when my daughter threw up (just sat there silent while I caught her vomit in my hands, then left and got nurses to help me and clean up while she sat and did nothing), she misdiagnosed ear infections, and didn’t send the prescription for antibiotics for one of my daughters. Horrible service most of the time by the office staff. Doctors are great but when you have Horrible office staff it doesn't matter. Would never recommend this place. Extremely rude and power tripped.
I went in search of treatment and I was treated by a nurse who, when I told him what was happening to me regarding various conditions, made him laugh as if an ailment were a joke and to make matters worse he looked for another nurse who is not a doctor and she, guessing why they didn't do any tests or x-rays, guessing, gave me a diagnosis of what she believes, what is that???? After years of laziness, incompetence and sloppy mistakes, I'm finally changing my HMO. The WORST possible place to get healthcare services, I have been trying to get my child officially diagnosed for years and they have their own hoops for you to jump through, but also are so disorganized that it's impossible to get anything done. You may literally die before they will help you or figure out what's wrong.
