ER horrible. No call button, couldn’t adjust bed and had to wait 45 minutes for blanket!

Dr. Walters has a great team. They did surgery on my left hand, right knee and left shoulder.
Even when you are making payments, had hardly any income due to being off work for a surgery they still turn bills over to collections. They jack up prices do unnecessary tests because they don't read files. Their hospital and clinic billing systems are separate so you are receiving separate bills. Your payment even though you call many times to make sure its being applied to total balance they still don't get it right. So one bill goes to collections while your making payments apparently on the other bill. Ridiculous!
Great staff! Great care! However their billing system sucks (billing department staff is wonderful) !! After giving birth there twice, I’ve had to watch every single bill that has come. From them submitting bills a year later- out of insurance contract date and trying to make me pay it, to triple billing me for the birth of my son, to saying insurance denied bills when insurance never received claims. Double check any bill you receive!!!
Laura Noonan, staff and technicians were very knowlegeable and helpful. Schedule and appointment were on prompt. I was very happy with the care provided and their attentiveness to handling getting the proper coding handled so a prescription could be filled. I would highly recommend Divine Savior Healthcare.😊
