ER doctor does not care about patients, it's really gone downhill since getting bought by Aspirus. Good luck if you go here and expect to be treated like a chart and not a person. Highly not recommended.
Had my 6 yr old tested for covid which was super traumatic. They call stating she has to take the test again because they messed up the labeling of the specimen! Nope, not putting her through that again. I will take my family elsewhere for medical needs!!

Dr Arnold and Dr Self did a great job reconstructing my ACL and Meniscus the doctors and nurses were very professional and helpful even while at home for pain relief advice even checked up on me the next day to see if everything was going well and if the pain was being tolerated Great job Everyone!!!!!
We waited 3 hours in the ER just for them to tell us we would have to wait longer while my 7 year old had a head laceration that was still actively bleeding. I understand they were busy. I work in Healthcare I understand But what I don't understand is how they can force people to wait 3 hours and basically say sorry, you won't be seen any time soon. Over the past 9 months the vision in my right eye has been getting fuzzier and fuzzier to the point where it made reading and driving difficult. I stopped in to see Dr. Castrovinci and he quickly diagnosed it as a common condition that occurs after you had cataracts corrected. I was in the office for treatment and it lasted all of three minutes and the problem is gone! I am most appreciative to have my site back and would highly recommend Dr. Castrovinci. Thank you doctor!

I was in a bad car crash and was transported here. I got the best care from my nurse the nurse, X-ray tech, and my doctors the process was fast easy and personable. I have never been so satisfied with care they went above and beyond the call of duty as well the EMS crew and police I’m not from the area and I was so satisfied with the community all around.
