Went in to be evaluated for abdominal pain. Urgent care was great, and then I was referred to general surgery for a consult. They needed one more test to confirm a diagnosis and FORGOT TO ORDER THE TEST. I called back twice to confirm it was moving toward, and now I’m sitting in the clinic lobby waiting for the test to be ordered and to get a referral to somewhere else
My experience of my surgery today was great. They answered my questions. I relayed my concerns. They responded to every situation. They made me feel comfortable and very " cared about" throughout the whole procedure. I wanted to watch my surgery and I changed my mind. Woke up with a friendly caring nurse by my side. dont come here my wife had been in a room for 2 hrs so far in excruciating pain and haven't even seen a doctor
I would like to thank Dr. Walter, Dr. Faubert, the whole Surgery Team and the Therapy team who took care of me after a recent injury. I had to have surgery and I was very nervous because of a medical mishap at another facility. Everyone made me feel at ease and give wonderful care. The surgery went great and I am healing very fast. After the surgery, I got a get well card from the surgery team. What a nice touch, Divine Savior, great job.
My left hip was hurting SO bad and due to personal reasons I had to reschedule 3 times. Today I got to get my cortisone injection and I feel like a new woman!! Thank you Dr Walters and the amazing staff at the wellness center❤️❤️
