I WAS a new patient here. Had one telehealth appointment and had to been seen in person in order to get my medication. When I called to schedule my in person appontment, the secretary did not let me know that I had a previous balance and that the previous balance and current copay would be due before I could be seen or I couldn’t be seen at all. Was coming here for months and thought it was a good place but apparently it isn't. The secretary can't do anything right and Diana treats you like a 5 year old and gives you advice on subjects they have no right to. Will NOT be coming back

I am currently seeing Diana and Tina for about 3 months. Diana is kind empathetic with great social/ listening skills, not very often found. Tina, insightful, kind, great interactions with me, she also listens and help me see a different perspective about grief and death of my youngest son.
