Answers questions thoroughly, very responsive when I call, very good at explaining the steps ahead in detail. For an experience that can make you feel anxious, Dr Yeh and all of his nurses and staff always make you feel comfortable and at ease! Exceptional group of men and women!
Only met with Dr A once but very thorough. Team at Katy office were fantastic, always very happy and thorough including the lady doing blood tests!All were awesome!
We loved our nurses Vanessa and Rebecca, they were always so helpful in understanding the step by step process of both IUI and IVF, they were always super positive and supportive. We cannot say enough kind words about Dr Yeh, he always made us feel so comfortable, at ease, and brought laughter to a scary and stressful process. We love HFI and wish they could be our doctors forever!
While we never envisioned spending the first three years of our marriage battling fertility issues, life works in mysterious ways. One of the positive outcomes of going through this experience was not just the addition of a newborn to our family, but the addition of the entire HFI staff. From the moment we walked in two years ago to our last visit in the first trimester, we were always treated with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Thank you for making this possible.
Dr. Kim was excellent -- no complaints. There were a few times I felt one of the nurses was frustrated by me asking so many questions, and she was even a bit short with me a couple times. Otherwise, I was very pleased with HFI.
dr yeh is very knowledgeable, and up front with odds of acheiving a pregnancy. nurses are kind and professional. front office staff is cold, unfriendly, and can be very inconsistent and confusing especially about finances. I have spent almost $50,000 with this office, and they held my cyce hostage more than once, even though i always paid within the window i was given. he is awesome, makes you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Yeh diagnosed me with really low ovarian reserve and told me I might not be able to get pregnant if I waited another year. He also told it to us in plain English and said that donor eggs were the way to go but if we wanted to try with our own eggs, he did not think it would work but he would try his best and be optimistic for us. We did something called 'mini-ivf' with lower doses of medications and got more eggs than the last IVF cycle I did in New York with ten times more medicine. WE ARE OVER THE MOON AND SO HAPPY!
Dr. Yeh helped us through the toughest time in our lives. After I got married, we suffered through 6 miscarriages and went through all the testing you could imagine. By the time we met Dr. Yeh, he told us that there was probably not more testing to do but sometimes a few key test results can turn positive over time and suggested we repeat a few things. I am SO HAPPY to say that we delivered a healthy baby girl in June 2017 and Dr. Yeh will always be in our hearts!!! THANK YOU!!
