Overall great experience! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Our only recommendation would be we felt a bit lost at the beginning of the process. Hence, maybe a little more handholding and thorough explanation of the process. We would definitely recommend HFI and Dr. Kim to everyone.
Dr. Yeh and his staff is very knowledgealbe, friendly and keep you informed the entire process by messaging you after every appointment with results and medication updates. We could not be more blessed to have them help complete our family with our second IVF miracle. Thank you HFI from the bottom of our hearts.

Everyone is amazing! This whole IVF process is a lot and the entire staff have made this the easiest and smoothest possible. My husband and I truly feel cared about and that everyone is pulling for us. I could not have asked for a better experience.
My experience with Houston Fertility Institute has been wonderful. Every time I call for appointments or just overall questions, I get answers right away and the staff is always polite. Dr. Yeh has been great, I have absolutely loved being one of his patients!
Unbelievable staff... Everyone from the front office to nursing staff is just so kind and caring. They are excellent about keeping patients posted of results, the process whatever treatment is chosen and overall they are have a happy and cheerful disposition but at the same time. I have loved working with Dr. Hoff, from the very first time I met with her, she was very caring and willing to listen. She took the time to answer any questions that I had and was very kind and personable. After only one IVF cycle, I was pregnant with a baby girl. The nurses were very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. They were very accessible and able to help me with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Houston Fertility Institute and Dr. Hoff to anyone struggling with fertility.
Dr. Yeh is always professional and patient. All the staffs in Katy office are nice and always be ready to help. I would highly recommend my friends in need.
