Overall we are very happy with the services and attention we received from Jason Yeh and his team at HFI. We came because we had difficulty getting pregnant. Dr. Yeh was able to quickly identify our issue through a series of specific tests and procedures. Everything went very well, I had a great experience. One thing that would have been helpful is a calendar or timeline to help understand how the cycle would go and about when meds and procedures would happen.

Felt dr Yeh had a wonderful bedside manner, was very informative, listened to all of my questions and concerns and always answered me. The nurses were always patient with my endless questions and phone calls. I was disappointed in the timeliness of the financial assistance information I was given before treatment. I think it would be helpful to get that to the patient sooner so they have time to research and get the money if they are not using insurance. Overall beyond thrilled with all and our positive outcome.

I had a wonderful experience and everyone was fantastic!Dr Kim was our 4th fertility Dr. and the previous doctors missed some vital things they should not have, wasting our time and money by not being thorough. The condition of the sperm is extremely important! I wish we had come to HFI first! I am finally pregnant after 5 years of dealing with this! Doctor provided realistic expectations before each procedure. Following unsuccessful implants, the staff provided a supportive outlet along with alternative approaches to future procedures. At each stage there was no pressure to continue or discontinue.

The whole office is fantastic. I could not have asked for a more caring doctor and nursing staff. They have made this whole experience better than I could have ever imaged. I do not know what I would have done with out Yadira. She was always there when I needed her and never hesitated answering my questions. My husband and I will miss the whole office. Too bad Dr. Yeh does not deliver babies too.
