After having experienced a year at another community in North Richland Hills. I'm amending my review of Fossil Creek. Fossil Creeks apartments are clean, the AC worked, there were no pet issues, which is much better than I can say for my current community. Having lived elsewhere I could recommend Fossil Creek as a much better option then what is out there.
The management is rude. There has been thefts in the parking lot and they have not cared. Someone tried to steal the car but was unsuccessful, They have not cooperated with police and basically said too bad so sad we have caught them in a line saying that the pedestrian gates are always locked at all times, and we have proof that they are not. From the beginning when moved in the AC hasn’t worked correctly and they’ve come out and it’s only half works
