I lived here for over two years, and overall, it was a decent place to stay. The apartment size was reasonably priced for the area when I first moved in, especially compared to other options I considered at the time. However, like any place, there were several areas that could have been improved, many of which remained unresolved during my stay. This company Aspire stole our companies deposit. We submitted and application payed all of the fees. Then they gave another person our apartment. And tried to ignore our company. They did not even send our company a letter of denial or approval but just tried to ignore us. $300 may not be a lot of money to you but we are a church trying to house one of our youth pastors to accommodate her living needs but only got robbed. Caution: ROACHES At Aspire Fossil Creek Apartments!! I truly hope this helps someone who’s thinking about leasing at Fossil Creek Apartments. One of the biggest and most persistent issues I faced during my time there was a cockroach infestation that never got resolved. When I first got the keys, I didn’t move in right away.
