My experience with Natalie, NP, was appalling. She is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Her rude, condescending tone is shocking, and I have no idea how she was hired given the number of negative reviews. I visited for a scalp issue that my primary care physician diagnosed as tinea capitis, but Natalie dismissed my concerns entirely, suggesting it was “all in my head” and refusing to engage in any meaningful conversation. AVOID. Botched a simple wart removal TWICE (led to severe infection and unable to walk for almost 3 weeks), charged $500 ea for the botched removal, and then didn't send a bill, but did refer to a collections agency - AFTER I had already called in to request the bill and paid it in full. Terrible care, exorbitant pricing, and terrible service. What's not to recommend?
