Not cheapest around, not professional, and not the best. I took my desktop in because it was freezing and having hardware issues. The guy (only one I ever saw there; was not named John) offered a free diagnostic, then charged $80 to wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows. He was upfront saying that it may not fix the issues. I only have myself to blame I guess. He's an amateur PC repair guy. Wiping a hard drive is NOT standard procedure or the first thing they should do.
