Not cheapest around, not professional, and not the best. I took my desktop in because it was freezing and having hardware issues. The guy (only one I ever saw there; was not named John) offered a free diagnostic, then charged $80 to wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows. He was upfront saying that it may not fix the issues. I only have myself to blame I guess. He's an amateur PC repair guy. Wiping a hard drive is NOT standard procedure or the first thing they should do. Awesome! They were so nice.I got my Macbook pro fixed there and was done really quick faster than expected.The screen was cracked and was dead slow.the repair time and cost of the computer was great had me back and running in about 3 days just in time for Christmas. the people there were really friendly and knowledgeable will recommend to my friends and all.
