I’ve been living at Aspire Northridge for about a year now and have had a really good experience. The community is clean, well maintained, and it’s just a really comfortable place to live. Recently I had a friend visiting from Europe and she was surprised by how nice everything is here. She loved the property, the amenities, and the overall vibe. I’m writing this review for anyone considering the shared room option at Aspire, because I wish I had understood how roommate concerns are handled before moving in. During my time living here, I have made three separate complaints to management regarding ongoing issues with my roommate and the cleanliness of our shared living space. It all started looking for an apartment for my son. He was an entering Freshman at CSUN and was waitlisted as number 1375 for the dorms. With 2 weeks before school begins he was still far on the wait list. He saw these apartments and asked me to take a look at them while he was at his orientation. Arman gave me the tour. Beautiful inside and out. Out of desperation I took it. When I applied he told me the room/apartment was $1500 (plus can’t rent the exact price). Once we got the email we were approved no response.
