Great location! Nice and convenient area with entertainment perks. The Aspire is most definitely aspiring after 4yrs. This place is nice for dorm like environment but the false accusations towards tenants(I have proof)are more than overwhelming. Between the fire alarms going off too much and the insinuations from Victoria I can no longer chance losing another child from pregnancy stress. As far as apartments go near the CSUN campus, this by far had to be the best. Very clean and modern and the staff was very helpful with any issues we had. Security presence at night made it feel safe and everything you need around you is within walking distance including a grcoery store. Convenient and excellent location. - Sudhir Parihar
Staff is amazing, always helpful. Victoria, Arman, and Shantell, thank you so much for making my four years at Aspire as easy as possible. Any complaint I’ve had it would be fixed almost immediately, then followed up for confirmation. Thank you Aspire staff!
Great place to live until you have to get your deposit back. Had to threaten to sue them in small claims to get the deposit back two months after vacating the apartment. On site Management was clueless and had to reach out to the main LBPM corporate office to get our deposit back.
Victoria and Arman were kind, efficient, responsive, and so helpful getting my son into an apartment at the last minute. They were basically professional godsends. He's really happy with this space. 100 out of 100 stars. ***
