Parked all their construction vehicles on our private property, way past any easement allowances. Huge ruts in our yard, and are now stating they’ll come back “sometime this year” to roll out the ruts. We’ve contacted Buncombe County sheriff’s department, and the next step is small claims court. Do NOT recommend.
