I gave my honest review of this place and the manger replied back in a rude way and then deleted my review... so sad
RecommendedI’m a new tenant but I’m really loving it so far! The unit is well set up, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are convenient, the community is welcoming, and the management is so kind and helpful! To the point that they even left me a birthday card at my door soon after moving in, and sang me Happy Birthday soon after. Since when does management at places go so far out of their way to make tenants feel valued? So appreciated! Excited to be living here, to the extent that I’ve already recommended the complex to friends

I have lived her going on 5 years and loved it for the first 3 1/2 years, new management changed and it all went downhill very quickly. The manager is rude and inconsiderate. She says rude things and tries to play it off and say that’s not what she meant, so unprofessional. The complex grounds are not kept up and the pool is always cloudy and not kept clean. They want the renters to keep their apartment in high standards but yet they lack on their end of keeping the apartment grounds and pool area. I am happy to say I will b... read more
I have been living here for a few years now and it's great! Management has been amazing, and so helpful in whatever you need, whenever you need it!! Lynn, the office manager, has especially always gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy tenants. Their whole team here works hard together to get things done quickly when needed. The laundry room is always kept clean, and the pool is amazing for the summer time! Location is perfect. Close to the main road (Millplain) for any shopping needs, and close to the main freeways.... read more

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and plan on another 2 while I finish my college work. Management is professional and on top of their game when it comes to making any necessary fixes, addressing concerns and ensuring that the complex is a clean place to live.
