Now that the office is closed you get the exclusive amenity of having to negotiate with the Post Office to get your packages delivered. 10/10

We are open normal hours we are just unable to allow entry due to our limited space. Arick, we are sorry you are frustrated with the current situation of package handling, but due to the restrictions made by the govenor and the safety of all we are unable to store packages and allow entrance into the office. People their are so nice, reachable and helpful.
My kiddo and I have been here for almost 1 1/2 years and Love our new home. The maintenance crew is Great and we appreciate them. Lynn is always ready to help with any issues that may arise. We Love the pool and understand that sometimes it needs some extra care after many people have used it ( especially kids). Our townhouse is lovely and we are very happy God planted us here. Thanks guys!
The garbage areas are grossly unkempt, dog bags for picking up poo are regularly out, cars are getting broken into or stolen, people from all over town come dump their garbage here and the residents are paying for it. My apartment gets water coming in thru the wall when it rains. This carpet hasn't been changed in at least 15 years and there haven't been any updates or fixes to the apartment. (my boyfriend has lived here that long) We pay almost 1200 for less than 450 square feet. And I will never use the green pool.
I’ve tried a few different apartment complexes in the Vancouver area over the last few years. I can honestly say that Aspenridge is the best. The staff goes above and beyond to make it feel like a community and home. Lynn and Jake are two of the most selfless and helpful people I’ve ever met.
