I have a really horrible phobia of dentists from childhood, so its been about three years sice I have been to a dentist. The care and service I recieved from Leslie and Dr. Rick was wonderful and beyond what I expected. You guys were fast, thorough and it was really an enjoyable experience. Having been traumatized by a dentist when I was a kid, I was terrified to keep my appointment. But after talking to April on the phone, I felt I could make it. I was taken care of gently and with respect which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Ricks and Rhonda were very compassionate and kind. That's a first for me in a dental office. I had to sit with nothing going on for quite a while because someone missed their morning appointment and came in that afternoon and they worked him in. Good for him bad for me. To add insult to injury they had me change my 9:00 AM appointment to 2:00 PM that day. Should have just told them I couldn't change it.
