lazy Maintence crew always has roaches bugs and rat problems the A/c is always broken in summer time and Maintence do nothing to find and fix the problem it may have. I'm glad we moved out from thier. and rent is a house payment. and they don't listen to thier clients. they just want your money.
Remodeling!!! Beautiful and pleasant I moved into these apartments a while ago, they used to be horrible. The new management took over and they are remodeling...new roofs, new flooring, new bricks, new siding...and soon to have new landscaping and new parking lots or so i've been told. Overall I am impressed with the new management, the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff!!! They get things done!
Amazingly remodeled! – I moved into these apartments almost 10 years ago, in the ensuing time it had been poorly run. It changed over to MacDonald Real Estate and the changes are, simply put, amazing. They have redone the roofing, the bricking, the flooring, they are even putting on new siding now and the rumor is they are going to do new landscaping and the parking lots...the office staff are all awesome and maintenance is taken care of promptly, they have 3 guys on staff...an incredible change from the past. DISGUSTING!!! – Trash everywhere, cockroachs, poor customer sevice, dumpters overflowing with trash, break-ins, cars stolen, laundry room is never cleaned, smells horrible.
