The constant changing of policies, the picking and choosing on which legal documents they want to abide by is the 2 big reasons I will tell any prospective customers to run not walk the other way.
My husband & I were looking for the shortest lease we could find. We happened to find Aspen Square & their apartment location is called River Bluff of Lexington in South Carolina. At first the process was smooth & first view everything looked great. The DAY we moved in we saw cockroaches on the steps going up and by our front door. I can NOT recommend renting at 100 South Luxury Apt in McDonough, GA to anyone seeking affordable housing for persons with disabilities! When I moved in, I was not informed they were changing the name and no longer accepting affordable housing vouchers. I have a disability and housing stability is integral to my recovery, but I am now being forced to move out through no fault of my own and become displaced because of the high rent increases in the middle of a pandemic!
I lived at RiverBluff Apartments in Lexington, SC for 6 months while my home was being built. There was a tenant in there prior to me who needed to break their lease and so I came in and took over the lease. The apartment was cleaned but not checked thoroughly, such as carpets being lifted. to ensure damage was not done by prior tenants. I moved out of RiverBluff Apartments May of 2019 and the apartment was immaculate.
